The Voyage of the Dawn Treader

I saw NARNIA the Voyage of the Dawn Treader!!!! It was wonderful, I would give it ***** stars.
It may not have been as accurate to the book as would have been nice, but overall it was great.
I went to see it Thursday night (or very early morning, 12:01 p.m.), some of the friends I went with got dressed up as characters from the book or movie... and the theater took pictures of us :o
Thanks to Amanda for a great party beforehand <3
Please please please make the fourth one!!!

Lark Rise to Candleford

OK so I'm kinda in love with this BBC television series called 'Lark Rise to Candleford' kind of like 'Cranford'... actually I like it better :)
So I have seen 3 seasons, but there may be more I don't know?
The main character is a young woman sent from her home in the poor end of a country community, to be a postmistress with her Aunt (supporting lead). And tells of all that goes on in the both wealthy side of town and the poor, and how they both collide.

Very sweet and so far clean... Bonus!

Crafty Things

So I have been making these soap satchels for a dear friend, and thought I would make a blog post out of it as well.
It makes me feel good to make something useful and pretty at the same time.
Instead of that slippery soap moving through your fingers as you try to bathe... put it into this clever bag and bathing will be easy!
Or put those little soap scraps you don't want to waste into the bag.

Clever practicality.

Style :)

As you go here and there on the Internet, sometimes you find the cutest fashion photo's, or old fashioned romantic artwork. Here are some photos I likes enough to share with you :)
A much better version of Romeo and Juliet...

Love this dress... maybe someday I will try and make it?

Loved this movie... and her clothes.

Dreamy...

Fashion photography I love

I like the sailor feel to this photo, but also envision this as a stereotypical 'millionaire get together"

Little Dorrit

So I just watched Little Dorrit again... still love it as much as I thought I did.
And wanted to share some of my favorite pictures...
"When I was breaking my heart over her... she was breaking hers. Over you."
John Chivery

"She's a demned fine girl, with no begod nonsense about her!"
Sparkler

"He says 'he's very happy here' I mean 'he's very 'appy here'"!

THE best Dickens EVER!!!
